At Power Gym you will find a full range of classes, cardio equipment, weights machines, free weights & functional training equipment. Members chose Power Gym because we are fun, friendly and make training interesting. People come to us because they are looking for something different and often want to get away from the major chains, budget gyms and council gyms. Power Gym was originally founded in 1995 and has been under the current ownership since 2008. Power Gym has been set up as a results based training facility, with particular emphasis on Personal Training. This means the members have a huge variety of different equipment that simply would not be available in standard gyms.

Nutrition plans

Starting a rigorous exercise plan is clearly a key part of achieving your healthy lifestyle goals, but it’s important to remember that working out can only get you so far. At least as important is a healthy diet, and a healthy diet doesn’t just mean cutting out on Friday night takeaway binges. You need to keep an eye on what you’re eating at all times, so to help you out, we’ve enlisted nutritionists to devise customised diet plans for you! If you stick to every part of it, you’ll put yourself on the fast track to losing weight and will become leaner, but even if you just use it as guide to the kind of foods that you should be eating, it will still help you make huge changes.
